黄粉虫幼虫营养成分分析

【摘要】 本文对黄粉虫幼虫体中营养成分进行了分析。结果表明，黄粉虫幼虫体中蛋白质含量约为35％；氨基酸为17．79％；必需和半必需氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量的44.48％；矿物质元素含量丰富。

【Abstract】 The nutrient components in the larva of Tenebrio molitor were analyed. The result indicated that the larva of Tenebrio molitor contains high protein, amino acid and ricdrineral elements.
