【Abstract】 Phyllanthus emblical.and Rosa roxburghii Tratt,both rich in nature and of high nutritive and officinal value,.are used to devlop a new compound drink.The end product is characterized by high content of Vc,micro-salt,low sugar,good palatability,dark green color and luster,and transparency.The heat-endurance of Vc and prevention of brown stain of the product are stressed during the technological process.更多还原
