【摘要】 目的 :探讨男、女不育与解脲脲原体 ( Ureaplasma U realyticum,UU )感染的关系 ,进一步研究 UU感染致男性不育的机制。方法 :应用分离培养法对 3 3 6对夫妇 ( 772例 )不育患者 (不育组 )及 12 4例正常生育者 (对照组 )进行生殖道解脲脲原体 ( UU)检测 ,并对不育组男性精液进行常规分析。结果 :不育组和对照组 UU检出率分别为 5 8.8%、 12 .1% ,不育组 U U检出率明显高于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1) ,不育组中受 UU感染的男性精子质量低于未受感染组 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :生殖道解脲脲原体感染可能是导致男、女不育的原因 ,其机制之一可能是 UU导致男性精子质量降低更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infections and male and female infertility,and make further study on male infertile mechanism of UU infection Methods:Isolated culture is used to examine the UU out of 772 infertile patients (336 couples) They served as infertile group and 124 fertile men and women served as the control group The semen of the infertile group also received routine examin Results:The rate of UU infection out of the infertile group and the control group are 55 8% and 12 1% respectively;the rate of infertile group is obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0 01),and the semen quality of UU infectious males is worse than the normal (P<0 05) Conclusion:UU infection is likely the reason of male and female infertility;one factors of UU infection might cause the quality of the male semen to reduce更多还原
