【摘要】 目的 :探讨 TTV感染在广西慢性肝病病人中的致病作用。方法 :用套式 PCR对确诊的原发性肝癌、慢性肝病病人并以非肝病病人作为对照进行 TTVDNA检测。结果 :原发性肝癌病人、非甲 -庚型肝炎病、慢性乙肝轻度、中度、重度、肝硬变、重症肝炎病人及对照组 TTVNDA检出率分别为 :2 0 .4 5 % ( 18/88) ,9.0 9% ( 1/11) ,8.3 3 % ( 1/12 ) ,5 .88% ( 4 /17) ,9.0 9% ( 1/11) ,2 0 .0 % ( 4 /2 0 ) ,11.11% ( 1/9)和 8.89% ( 4 /45 )。经统计学分析 ,各组虽无统计学差别 ,但原发性肝癌组与肝硬变组阳性率接近 ,两组与其他组比较 P值接近显著性水平 ( P =0 .0 89)。结论 :TTV感染及复制与慢性乙肝的病情轻、中、重度 ,重肝无明显相关 ,但与原发性肝癌及肝硬变呈低相关关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:TT DNA Virus (TTV) is a novel hepatitis virus The infection and the pathogenicity of TTV in patients with chronic liver diseases and control (non liver diseases and non tumor diseases) in Guangxi was investigated Methods:TTVDNA in sera of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),patients with chronic liver diseases and control were detected by Nest PCR technique Results:The positive rates of TTVDNA in sera in patients with HCC,non A-G virus hepatitis,chronic hepatitis B (light degree,medium degree,heavy degree,cirrhosis,hepatic failure) and control were 20 45%(18/88),9 09%(1/11),8 33%(1/12),5 88%(1/17),9 09%(1/11),20 0%(4/20),11 11%9(1/9) and 8 89%(4/45) respectively There is no significant deferent in statistic,but the positive rate of TTVDNA in HCC and cirrhosis groups is quite nearly,and higher than that of other groups (P=0 089) Conclusion:A low relevant seems to be seen between infection,replication of TTV and HCC as well as cirrhosis except in the other chronic liver disease groups更多还原
