【摘要】 从我国土地资源现状出发．分析了已利用土地资源和后备土地资源状况．以及实现耕地总量动态平衡的途径．提出保持耕地总量动态平衡的一些建议。

【Abstract】 From the status quo of our land resources, this paper analyses the situation of exploitedand reserved land resources, and the way of realizing dynamic balance of total cultivated landamount. The countermeasures of maintaining dynamic balance of total cultivated land amount areput forward.
