PVC/EPR/岩棉发泡复合材料吸声性能的研究

【摘要】 以PVC 树脂、EPR 和岩棉为主要原材料用发泡方法制成了一种中低频吸声性能优良的新型泡沫吸声材料。它具有成本低、工艺简单的特点。这使它在建筑材料和装饰材料等行业中具有广阔的应用前景。本文详细讨论了EPR 用量、岩棉用量、空隙率和交联剂对该材料吸声性能的影响,结果表明,它们都是影响吸声性能的重要因素。此外,对增塑剂和发泡时间及温度对空隙率的影响也作了简要介绍。

【Abstract】 A new sound absorbing foamed compound mainly made from PVC resin,EPR and rockwool has been investigated by foaming process.It’s characteristics which are simple technology,low cost unit volume and good acoustical performance at both medium and low frequencies can make it be extensively used as building materials and adorning materials and so on.In this paper,the effects of EPR content,rockwool content,the void fracture and the coupling agent on the sound absorbing property of the material were discussed in details,the results showed that they were all important factors to affect the sound absorbing performance.In addition,how plasticizer content and foaming time and temperature affected the void fracture was reviewed too.
