热塑性树脂共混物的原位成纤复合及其增韧作用
IN SITU FIBRILLATION IN BLENDS OF THERMOPLASTICS AND RESULTED TOUGHENING EFFECT
【摘要】 将尼龙6 作为分散相与聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯等通用热塑性树脂通过单螺杆挤出机熔融共混挤出,发现尼龙6 在这些树脂中均能形成微纤。通过对聚丙烯/尼龙6 原位复合材料的研究发现微纤的形成有利于提高基体的缺口冲击强度,无缺口冲击强度表现一个最小值,拉伸强度却降低。
【Abstract】 It was found that the dispersed phase polyamide 6 could fibrillated in polystyrene, low density polyethylene and some kinds of polypropylene when they were blended and extruded in melt state with a single screw extruder. The formation of polyamide 6 microfibril can be improve the charpy notch impact strength in polypropylene/polyamide 6 composites while the tensile strength decreases. It is proposed that the existence of microfibrils can be improve the propogation energy of crack even though the fibrils and the matrixs are incompatible.
