微生物检定法测定血浆和脑脊液中左氟沙星的浓度
Microbioassay for the Determination of Levofloxacin Concentration in Body Fluid
【摘要】 通过对左氟沙星片口服后人体血浆、脑脊液中药物浓度测定,建立了左氟沙星体液浓度测定的微生物检定法,该方法的回收率为(90 .43 ±4 .16) % ~(96 .71 ±3 .27) % ,精密度试验RSD为2 .47% ~4 .42 % ,最低检测浓度为0 .05 μg/mL;并对10 例开频手术病人用药后血、脑脊液样品各70 份进行了微生物检定法和高效液相色谱法测定,经配对t 检验和相关性分析,表明两方法测定结果差异无显著性,且相关性良好。
【Abstract】 A microbioassay method has been established for the determination of levofloxacin concentration in body fluid. By using this method, the recovery and the relative standard difference of the accuracy test were (90.43±4.16)%~(96.71±3.27)% and 2.47~4.42% repectively. The minimal detectable concentration was 0.05 μg/mL. 70 blood samples and 70 cerebrospinal fluid samples from 10 patients undergoing neurosurgical operations have been assayed by this method and HPLC respectively. The results showed that there is no significant difference between the two methods.
