【摘要】 详细总结了当前城市建（ 构）筑物控制拆除的国内、外现状，并指出了当前以控制爆破为主的高层建筑物控制拆除存在的不足

【Abstract】 Current situation of demolishing urban high~rising structures by controlled blasting is systematically summarized and the deficincy of controlled blasting as a main measure to demolish the high~rising construction pointed out in this paper.
