【摘要】 选择体重约40 kg 的健康三元杂交猪21 头, 随机分为试Ⅰ、试Ⅱ和对照3 个组进行对比育肥试验, 整个试验除两个试验组饲料微量添加Clenbuterol(试Ⅰ:0.5 m g/kg; 试Ⅱ:1.0 m g/kg)外,饲料配方、营养水平、饲养管理条件完全相同。试验期97 d 体重约100 kg 时屠宰测定结果表明:饲料微量添加Clenbuterol能有效提高猪瘦肉率,试Ⅰ、试Ⅱ分别比对照组瘦肉率(53.80% )提高3.22(P< 0.05)和5.99(P< 0.01)个百分点,降低脂肪1.25 (P> 0.05)和4.61(P< 0.05)个百分点,对日增重、饲料利用率有一定效应,但不显著,对肉质未发现不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 healthy tri crossing pigs with about 40kg body weight were selected and devided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ and control groups at random for fattening test. Feed formula, nutrient level and feeding management were the same in three groups except that 0.5mg/kg and 1mg/kg clenbuterol were separately added into Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups, and when the body weight was about 100kg after 97days, the pigs were slaughtered for determining some characters . The results showed that clenbuterol could improve lean meat percentage effectively and the lean meat of Ⅰ and Ⅱ were increased by 3.22 (P< 0.05 ) and 5.99 (P< 0.01 ) in percent number than that of the control ( 53.86% ) and the fat percentage of Ⅰ and Ⅱ were decreased by 1.25 (P< 0.05 ) and 4.61 (P< 0.05 ) in percent number than that of the control separately, and clenbuterol was no significant effect to daily grain, efficiency of feed and meat quality.更多还原
