秘鲁浸膏精油化学成分的GC/MS分析

【摘要】 用精油器测定秘鲁浸膏的精油含量，用ＧＣ／ＭＳ分析了浸膏精油的化学成分，并采用ＧＣ峰面积归一化法定量，鉴定出１６种化合物，其中２，６二乙基苯胺为首次发现。探讨了精油含量及其主要成分定量分析的重现性。该方法简便、快捷，适用于加工时浸膏类香料的质量监控和常规分析。

【Abstract】 The essential oil content of Peru balsam balmtree extract was quantified by oil refiner and the chemical components were ana lyzed by GC/MS. It has been found that there are 16 components in the essential oil and the 2,6 -diethylbenzenamine has been found for the first time. The repeatability of quatitative analysis of essential oil content and its main components is discussed. The method is simple, rapid and suitable for quality control and routine analysis.
