调质线微机恒温控制系统的研究

【摘要】 分析了U型钢调质线生产工艺中手动调节的缺点，采用了PID调节的新方法．完成了硬件设计和软件系统，并进行了现场应用．

【Abstract】 In this paper, the shortcomings of hand regularizaion are analyzed on adjusting quality line of U shape steel, the new way of the PID regularization is used and the hardware design and software system are completed and are used in the site.
