【Abstract】 This paper reports the separation and fluorescence determination of ammonia, methylamine and ethylamine by reversed phase HPLC using N succinimidyl m dimethylphenylformate as a precolumn derivatization reagent. On a C 18 column, the derivatives of three compounds are separated on a baseline with the mobile phase of methanol water (40∶60, V/V ) containing citric acid Na 2HPO 4 (pH4.0,10 mmol/L). The detection limits of NH 3, CH 3NH 2 and CH 3CH 2NH 2 are 5.0, 0.5 and 1.0 pmol, respectively.更多还原
