【摘要】 研究了在母源抗体水平相同的条件下饮服“禽促免”液Ａ方和Ｂ方，然后分别６次颈静脉采血，测定其ＨＩ抗体水平。结果表明：在检测期内的抗体水平，Ａ方试验组与对照组比较，差异均显著（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），Ｂ方试验组与对照组比较，并异不显著。抗体峰值期，Ａ方试验组，显著高于Ｂ方试验组（Ｐ＜０．０５），在不同时期的检测，均可说明中药方剂“禽促免”液具有提高抗体滴度，延长抗体持续时间的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Qincumian type A and type B were experimented with the same maternal antibodies. Blood was samples from neck vein and HI antibody level was determined. As a result, type A group showed significant variations compared with control group ( P < 0.05￣0.01); while type B group showed insignificant variations. During the summit value period, type A group demonstrated much higher value than type b group ( P <0.05). Determinations in various periods proved that Qincumian could improve the titre of antigen and prolong its duration.更多还原
