【Abstract】 "Meng Tong Ning" is a health-caring food for specific purpose. This parper de- scribes a method of high performance liquid chromatography for quantiating mclatonin in the products. The mclatonin in product was extracted with methanol and separated with Novapak C18 （4. 6mm i. d.×150mm）and methanol-0.05mol/L Na₂HPO₄（pH3）=30: 70 （v/v） mobile plase with detection at UV spectrum. Regression coefficient of correlation of calibration curves in the range of 1-5mg/L was 0.9999, the detection limit was 0.5mg/L. The method is simple, sensitive and suitable for routine analysis.更多还原
