【Abstract】 The stormwater and flood disaster stroke the Nenjiang Songhuajiang valley from June to August in 1998 and caused 3000 billion RMB Yuan loss,many towns and villages were deconstructed,bridges broken up,Thousands of kilometers of farmland were submerged.This paper analysed the causes and put up some countermeasure for that flood in Nenjiang Songhuajiang valley.The results show that the key factor the high rainfall and the ecological environmental destruction and the lack of determined water conservancy engineering are the most important cause.In the last the contributor provided some suggestion on the control for the flood in Nenjiang Songhuajiang valley correspondingly and get to the way of sustainable development.更多还原
