【摘要】 Ｚ－元件发明于８０年代，而公开见报却在９０年代，专利费高达１０亿美元。Ｚ－元件与传统的传感器相比，无需前置放大器和Ａ／Ｄ转换器，便可直接输出大幅值数字信号，且是无接触式测量，具有体积小，功耗低，抗噪能力强等优点。目前国内尚无厂家生产，但是，在中国与Ｚ－元件有很多共性的双向负阻晶体管ＢＮＲＴ（ＢｉｄｉｒｅｃｔｉｏｎａｌＮｅｇａｔｉｖｅＲｅｓｉｓｔａｎｃｅＴｒａｎｓｉｓｔｏｒ），有可能成为类似于Ｚ－元件的传感器，也是有待研究与开发的半导体器件。更多还原

Z-sensor does not need preamplifier and A/D conversion, but it exprots big value digital signals it does not heed contacted measure ment It possessis the properties of small volume, low power, repels confusion of voices, etc. At present no plant is producing Z sensor in our country.
