【摘要】 目的：了解新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病引起的器官衰竭情况。方法：对８７例发病者进行了临床检查、发病情况及转归分析。结果：单个器官衰竭２５例，多器官衰竭６２例，死亡１７例，好转自动出院２７例。结论：日龄越小，病情越重，导致多器官衰竭越多，死亡率越高。加强围产期保健是关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the condition of organ failure initiated by hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: 87 patients were examined. Pathogenetic conditions and prognosis were analyzed. Results: Single organ failure was seen in 25 cases,poly-organ failure in 62. 17 died and 27 left hospital when their conditions turned better. Conclusion: There were more serious poly-organ failures and higher death rate in the younger neonates. Reinforcement of perinatal health care is important.更多还原
