【Abstract】 Through 20 years of reform and opening outside, we’ve made great progress in Sichuan higher education. Generally speaking, however, it hasn’t met the needs of economic and social development. Therefore, it’s a national policy choice that higher education be developed actively and higher education institution reform be hastened.
