【摘要】 目的:探讨经肛直肠拖出吻合术后吻合口漏的原因及对策。方法:回顾分析114例直肠癌经肛直肠拖出吻合术后11例吻合口漏,对相关的因素进行总结分析。结果:吻合口漏是多因素作用的结果,术后低白蛋白血症、贫血和手术操作是重要的原因。结论:应采取综合措施预防吻合口漏发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve: To analyze the cause of anostomotic leakage after transanal rectum pulling out resection and colorectal anastomosis for rectal carcinoma, and to explore the measures for prevention. Methods: Retrospective anlysis was made on 11 cases of anastomotic leakage after transanal rectum pulling out resection and colorectal anastomosis for rectal carcinomas from 1993 to 1999. The relative factors were discussed. Results: Multiple factors influenced the occurrence of anastomotic leakage. Postoperative anemia hypoal bummemia and surgical teckniques were important factors in the development of anostomotic leakage. Conclusion: Comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent anostomotic leakage.更多还原
