【摘要】 简要论述了高校科技档案收集的有关制度，包括归档范围，归档时间与归档的具体要求与手续。介绍了科技档案利用的基本内容以及收集与利用之间的紧密关系。

【Abstract】 This article discusses the rules about the collection of college scientific technology archives, including range, time, procedures and so on. It also introduces the basic elements of utilization and the close relationship between collection and utilization in college scientific technology archives.
