【摘要】 目的：探讨硫糖铝新三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）阳性十二指肠溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法：将ＨＰ阳性十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为３组；Ａ组（ｎ＝４５）和Ｂ组（ｎ＝４２）分别接受硫糖铝＋呋喃唑酮＋兰索拉唑和胶体铋剂＋阿莫西林＋甲硝吐治疗，Ｃ组（ｎ＝４３）接受呋喃唑酮＋兰索拉唑治疗，疗程均为２周。停药４周后复查胃镜，了解ＨＰ根除率和溃疡愈合率，并随访１年。结果：停药４周后Ａ组、Ｂ组、Ｃ组ＨＰ根除率和溃疡愈合率分别为８５．３％、８２．２％、６１．２％和８６．７％、８３．３％、６５．１％，Ａ组、Ｂ组与 Ｃ组比较均有显著差异（ Ｐ＜０． ０５），但 Ａ组无明显副作用。随访 １年，Ａ组、Ｂ组和 Ｃ组溃疡复发率分别为 １４． ３％、１８． ４％和５３．９％。进一步分析发现溃疡复发率和胃窦炎症好转率均与ＨＰ根除率密切相关。结论：新三联疗法治疗ＨＰ阳性十二指肠溃疡，具有较高疗效、安全、耐受性好的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To study the efficiency and safety of new triple therapy with sucralfate in treatment of Helicobacter Pytori (HP) positive duoderal ulcer. Methods: HP Positive duodenal ulcer patients were randomly allocated into three groups: group A (n = 45)and group B(n= 42)were treated with triple therapy of sucralfate, furazlidone plus lansoprazole or colloidal bismuth subnif cate amoxicillin plus metronidazole respectively,group C (n = 43)were treated with furazolidone plus lansoprazole for 2 weeks. Then 4 weeks later all patients were examined endoscopicall. to investigate the HP eradication rate and ulcer healing rate,and fol- lowed up for I year. Results:The HP eradication rate and ulcer healing rate were 85. 3 %. 82. 2 % .61. 2 % and 86. 7 %. 83. 3 %. 65. l % in the three groups respectively,group A and group B were more satisfactory than group C(P<O. 05). No adverse reactions occurred in group A. In the foelow up period of 1 year,the ulcer relapse rate was 14. 3 % .18. 4%and53. 9 %in the three groups respectively. forthermore,the degree of resolusion of antral inflammation and ulcer relapse rate were closely related to HP eradication rate. Conclusion:The new triple therapy with sucralfate is a higly effective,well tolerated and safe treatment for HP positive duodenal ulcer.更多还原
