【Abstract】 There are five dispersion models of dielectric medium, such as Kramers kronig, Debye, Exponential function, Cole Cole and their complex resistivity forms.An improved dispersion model of complex resistivity which is based on the complex resistivity form of Cole Cole is put forward. The parameters of the model can be calculated using the modified damping least square algorithm. An example of determination of the model parameters is presented.
