【摘要】 本文以问卷调查为主要方式对海淀区蓟门里小区居民Ⅱ型糖尿患者（ＮＩＤＤＭ）进行为期３个月的追踪调查。调查结果表明： ①有相当数量的ＮＩＤＤＭ 患者在接受药物、饮食治疗的同时也在从事运动；但只有少数人在处方下进行科学锻炼，多数人的运动存在盲目性、不科学性。②体育运动在ＮＩＤＤＭ 患者康复中有重要意义。③适宜的运动处方对体育康复的治疗效果有决定性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study adopts questionnaire as major methods for three months trace survey of Ⅱ type diabetes (NIDDM) among residents in Jimenli community of Haidian district. The results are as following:1) there are considerable NIDDM patients accepting medicine treatment, food controlling at the same time. They also undertake sports. But few of them take exercise under prescription, most of them are blind or not\|scientific in exercise. 2) Sports has important significance in rehabilitation of NIDDM. 3) The suitable sports prescription has decisive effect in sports rehabilitation.更多还原
