【摘要】 目的　阐明甲下骨疣的临床诊断与治疗体会。方法　结合收治２０ 例病例，就其临床体征、Ｘ线片、病理诊断及治疗方法进行分析。结果　甲下骨疣为发生于指或趾甲下的骨软骨瘤，局部畸形明显，Ｘ线片显示明确，易于诊断。治疗应切除骨软骨瘤、修复甲床并矫正畸形。结论　甲下骨疣虽为良性骨肿瘤，但局部畸形明显、并发症多，影响肢端功能，应予早期诊断和治疗。更多还原
