【摘要】 对慢性阻塞性肺疾患所致呼吸衰竭43例，采用BiPAP呼吸机进行治疗，同时对治疗过程中的呼吸循环系统变化进行观察。结果发现，BiPAP确实有助于呼吸衰竭的纠正和呼吸肌的恢复，从而增加潮气量，降低呼吸频率和耗氧量。对循环系统无明显影响。所以，双水平正气道压力通气不失为治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的一种较好的无创通气模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 To examine the influences of BiPAP ventilation therapy on respiratory andcirculatory system, 43 patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)withrespiratory failure were treated by BiPAP ventilator. The results showed that BiPAP ventilatiorwas surely helpful to the management of respiratory failure and respiratory muscle fatigue, andtherefore increased tidal volume, decreased respiratory rate and oxygen consumption. There wasno influence on circulatory system. We conclude that BiPAP ventilation therapy was a good,nontraumatic method for treating COPD with respiratory failure.更多还原
