【Abstract】 The theory of self--organization evolvement of the system was introduced into the learning andpracticing system of physical education teaching, so that self--organization and rules of the system as well asthe structure and cultivation of the students’ self -- organization were revealed. The basic condition of thephysical education teaching process and the optimization of the students’ learning and practicing system werediscussed. And a new angle of view for the study of the teaching system of teachers as well as the learningand practicing system of students in modern physical education teaching was provided.
