【Abstract】 The study on preparation of dye immunoassay reagents used for agglutination test and colored strip test, and the methods of detecting antibody against syphilis infection, and hCG by the DIA was described. The results of 36 sera of syphilis patients, and 97 sera of blood donors agreed with that of reference tests well. The sensitivity of detecting hCG by the agglutinating inhibition, direct egglutination, and spot test of DIA was 2, 1,and 5IU/mL, respectively.更多还原
