【摘要】 为了提高学报编辑部的工作效率，改善其现有的工作质量，进一步促进科技期刊现代化工作的发展，学报编辑部自行研制开发了学报编辑部信息管理系统。该系统采用面向对象的程序设计方法，建立了友好的人机交互界面，基本实现了编辑部日常事务中所要求的登记、查询、统计等功能，并且其良好的开放性为进一步的开发利用奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to change the status of the journal newsroom, a Journal MIS was developed. In this system,OOD was introduced and a friendly interface was set up.
