离心SHS陶瓷衬管裂纹类型的研究

【摘要】 研究了生产工艺因素对离心SHS陶瓷衬管裂纹的影响;提出了准压裂纹的概念,归纳出陶瓷层裂纹类型随工艺因素变化的转变规律,即随冷却速率的提高,裂纹类型依次发生压裂纹→无裂纹→准压裂纹→张裂纹的转化;料管比(铝热剂量与母管重量之比)和涂料厚度对陶瓷层裂纹的影响最为显著。

【Abstract】 The effects of on the spot processing factors on crack types of the ceramic lined pipes made by Centrifugal SHS process has been studied.It showed that the weight ratio of the thermite to the pipe and the thickness of the mold wash had prominent effects on crack types of the ceramic layer.The concept of the quasi compression crack was put forward so that three kinds of crack of the ceramic lined pipe produced by Centrifugal SHS process,that is ,compression crack,quasi compression crack and tension crack have been generalized.As the cooling speed increases,the conversion law of the ceramic crack types,is,compression crack→no crack→quasi compression crack→tension crack.
