【Abstract】 The more energy is consumed in the conventional electro slag remelting,meanwhile both the productivity and the quality of products are not taken into account.As a result,a new process and an equipment are developed,which can decrease the loss of heat on the side of slag bath and save 25%~50% of energy compaired with the conventional water cooling electro slag furnace,and it is also a good programm for building or modifying an electro slag furnace.更多还原
