中西药合用治疗十二指肠球部溃疡活动期36例

【摘要】 采用健脾益气解毒方药为主配合西药法莫替丁治疗十二指肠球部溃疡活动期３６例，设单用法莫替丁治疗对照组３２例。结果治疗组治愈率９１．６７％，对照组治愈率７１．８８％，两者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示健脾益气解毒方药具有提高粘膜防御机能、抑制灸症反应，清除ＨＰ，促进溃疡愈合的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 b cases of duodenal bulbar ulcer have been treated with Chinese medicine,and famoti- dine,at the same time,32 with famotidine only as con- trast. The result showed that the healing rate in the former group was 91. 67%, and in the latter 71.88% There was shown a sigificance of difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). It is suggested that the Chinese medicine of reinforcing spleen Qi has an abili- ties of improving mucosal defensive functions, inhibit- ting inflammtory reaction, diminating HP and promot- ing ulcerous union.更多还原
