【摘要】 为了观察中药治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻的临床效果，应用儿泻暖脐膏敷脐配合西药常规疗法（简称治疗Ⅰ组）治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻，并与十香暖脐膏敷脐配合西药常规疗法（简称治疗Ⅱ组）及西药常规疗法（简称对照组）对照。结果治疗Ⅰ组102例，治愈61例（59．8％），显效24例（23．5％），有效11例（10．8％），无效6例（5．9％），显效率83．3％，总有效率94．1％；治疗Ⅱ组54例，治愈25例（46．3％），显效15例（27．8％），有效11例（20．4％），无效3例（5．6％），显效率74．1％，总有效率94．4％；对照组55例，治愈22例（40．0％），显效12例（21．8％），有效9例（16．4％），无效12例（21．8％），显效率61．8％，总有效率78．2％。治疗Ⅰ组的治愈率、显效率和总有效率均高于对照组（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）；治疗Ⅱ组总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。提示儿泻暖脐膏敷脐配合西药常规疗法能提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the clinical effect of both western medicine and Chinese herbs onchildren with diarrhoea, 211 cases were divided into three groups. 102 cases were treated with Eerxienuanqi ointment attached on umbilicus and western medicine as group Ⅰ, 54 cases with Shixiangnuanqi ointment and western medicine as group Ⅱ,55 cases with regular western therapies as the controlgroup. 61 cases ingroup Ⅰ were clinically cured (59. 8% ) and 24 cases were markedly effective(23. 5 % ), 11 cases effective (10. 8% ), but 6 cases proved no effective (5. 9 % ), which showed themarkedly effective rate was 83. 3%, the total effective rate 94. 1 %. Of the 54 cases in group Ⅱ, 25cases were clinically cured (46. 3% ), 15 markedly effective (27. 8% ),if effective (20. 4% ) and 3 noeffective (5. 6 % ), which showed the markedly effective rate was 6 1. 8 %, the total effective rate94. 4 %. Of the 55 cases in the control group, 22 were clinically cured (40. 0 % ), 12 markedly effective(21. 8 % ), 9 effective (16. 4 % ) and 12 no effective(21. 8 % ), which showed the markedly effectiverate was 61. 8%, the total effective rate 78. 2%. The clinically cured rate, the markedly effective rateas well as the total effective rate in the group Ⅰ were superior to those in the control group (P ＜0. 05, P＜0. 01 ). The total effective rate of the group Ⅱ was superior to that of the control group (P＜0. 05). The study showed that combining the regular western therapies with Erxienuanqi ointmentcould improve the clinical effect.更多还原
