【摘要】 为研究疏肝理脾片抗肝纤维化的作用，采用牛血清白蛋白（BSA）致大鼠免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型，观察肝纤维组织增生程度、肝羟脯氨酸（Hyp）含量和血清透明质酸（HA）、肝功能变化。结果：疏肝理脾片能明显降低鼠肝Hyp含量，减轻肝纤维组织增生程度，并明显提高血清白蛋白水平。提示疏肝理脾片具有明显的抗BSA致大鼠肝纤维化的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis of Shuganlipi Tablet. Method:Immuno-injured hepatic fibrosis of rats was induced by bovine serum albumin. The contents ofcollagen. Patho-fogy of liuer and serum hyaluronic acid (HA) transaminase and albumin wasstudied.
