【摘要】 甲基汞急性染毒后，小鼠卵巢线粒体ＡＴＰ酶活性测定结果表明：１／２００ＬＤ５０组有上升趋势，１／２０ＬＤ５０组有下降趋势，而１／２ＬＤ５０组则显著下降。随着甲基汞剂量的增大，小鼠体重下降显著。提示高剂量甲基汞对卵巢线粒体的功能及机体有一定的损害作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have investigated the effect of methylmercury(MeHg)on the ATPase activity of oval mitochondrion in mice.After the oral acute administration of MeHe,the ATPase activity shows the attendence of increase in 1/200 LD 50 group,of decrease in 1/20 LD 50 group.As the dose of MeHg increases,the body weight of mice drops significantly (P<0 05).The result of the present investigation shows that high dose of MeHg have damage effect on the function of oval mitochondrion in mice.更多还原
