铁对ZA27合金性能的影响

【摘要】 本文考察了杂质元素铁对ZA27合金的机械性能和腐蚀老化性能的影响；认为铁主要是降低合金塑性，但对抗拉强度和腐蚀老化影响不大，其允许含量可适当放宽。

【Abstract】 The effect of impurity element Fe on the mechanical property,corrosion and aging ofsand-cast ZA27 alloy has been investigated. The results have shown that Fe mainly increasesbrittleness of the alloy and ZA27 with up to 0.2% Fe still meets the demands of ASTM standard.
