【摘要】 用Ｃａｒｂａｃｈｏｌ作为激动剂，测定ｃＧＭＰ含量来反映Ｍ受体ｃＧＭＰ系统功能状态的方法来研究补肾中药对拟痴呆小鼠脾淋巴细胞中Ｍ受体反应性的影响。结果表明：拟痴呆小鼠脾淋巴细胞ｃＧＭＰ基础含量显著低于正常小鼠（Ｐ＜０．０５），由Ｃａｒｂａｃｈｏｌ引起的ｃＧＭＰ升高反应也降低（Ｐ＜０．０５、Ｐ＜０．００１）。补肾中药可明显提高拟痴呆小鼠脾淋巴细胞ｃＧＭＰ含量及增强由Ｃａｒｂａｃｈｏｌ引起的ｃＧＭＰ升高反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of Chinese Kidney tonifying herbal medicine on spleen lymphocyte cGMP content in dementia mimetic mice,the authors used Carbachol as an activator,and determined cGMP content to responsiveness of M receptor cGMP system function state.The result showed that spleen lymphocyte cGMP base content of dementia mimetic mice is markedly lower than that of normal mice(P<0 05),and the elevation response of cGMP cause by Carbachol is lower,too(P<0 05,P<0 001).Chinese Kidney tonifying herbal medicine could markedly increase spleen lympholcyte cGMP content and the elevation response of cGMP caused by Carbachol in dementia mimetic mice.更多还原
