【摘要】 应用流式细胞仪检测３９例大肠癌患者手术前后Ｔ细胞表面６种细胞表型，发现随着Ｄｕｋｅｓ分期的增高，术前ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８、ＣＤ１６、ＣＤ６９及ＣＤ３＋／ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ＋逐渐下降，ＣＤ８逐渐增高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ａ期大肠癌患者机体免疫功能活跃，术前ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＣＤ８、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８、ＣＤ１６、ＣＤ３＋／ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ＋与对照组相同；根治及姑息性切除术后，ＣＤ８降低，ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８、ＣＤ１６、ＣＤ６９、ＣＤ３＋／ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ＋升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；肿瘤未切组术后ＣＤ３、ＣＤ１６、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８进一步下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示大肠癌患者术前免疫状态与疾病的程度呈负相关，切除肿瘤有益于改善患者细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six kinds of cell phenotypes of T lymphocytes were measured using flow cytometry in 39 cases before and after operation.The results had showed: before operation,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,CD16,CD69,CD3+/HLADR+ gradually decreased, while CD8 increased, with the progress of the cancer from Dukes A stage to D stage (P<0.05), CD3 and CD4 in patients with cancer in Dukes A stage were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.05),but CD8, CD4/CD8, CD16,CD3+/HLADR+ in these patients were not different from those in controls. It was suggested that the immunal function in patients with early cancer was better.After radical or palliative resection of the tumor, CD8 was decreased and CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,CD16,CD69,CD3+/HLADR+ increased significantly(P<0.05). CD3,CD16,CD4/CD8 were further decreased in the patients whose tumor could not be removed (P<0.05).It was suggested that the preoperative immunal statement of colorectal cancer patients was negatively related to the stage of the disease.Removal of the tumor maybe benefit to improve the cellular immunity of cancer patients.更多还原
