【摘要】 以家兔为实验动物，经同剂量ＬＮＴ－ｒＩＬ－２和ｒＩＬ－２多次免疫，ＥＬＩＳＡ法分析两者免疫血清中抗体（ＩｇＧ）滴度，结果显示：ＬＮＴ－ｒＩＬ－２免疫血清中特异抗体滴度与ｒＩＬ－２对照组无显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．１），但总体水平有一定程度下降；ＬＮＴ呈现弱免疫原性。提示ＬＮＴ－ｒＩＬ－２的免疫原性并未由于修饰作用而增强，而是有下降趋势，可能与ＬＮＴ对ｒＩＬ－２的空间位阻等因素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Family rabbits were used for test, being immunized several times by same doses of LNTrIL2 and rIL2, analysed both of the antibody titres of immune serums by ELISA method. Results demonstrated that the specific antibody titres immunized by LNTrIL2 had no significant different than that of rIL2 group(P<01). But the total titre level had some reduction ;the Lentinan was found to have lower immunogenicity. These indicated that LNTrIL2 immunogenicity had not been increased by the modification of Lentinan, whereas found some reduction, perhaps by reason of the steric hindrance of Lentinan against rIL2.更多还原
