【摘要】 目的：提高心肌梗塞的正确诊断率。方法：将心内科专家的经验归纳、整理，制成软件，形成专家系统方法。结果：用实际临床已正确诊断的１００例病例进行检验，心肌梗塞疾病的诊断敏感性达到９５％，特异性达到１００％，准确性达到８０％。结论：同目前实际临床的情况相比，该方法的结果良好，说明该方法应用于医疗诊断方面是成功的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To raise the diagnostic accordance of myocadial infarction. Methode: The experiences and the knowledge of cardiologists were sorted out and summarized to make the software, and form the method of expert system. Result: Tested by the 100 cases of definite diagnosis obtained from clinographies, the diagnostic sensitivity of myocardial infarction is 95%, the specificity is 100%; and the exactitude is 80%. Conclusion: Comparing with the practical clinical cases, the result of this method is very good, and it shows that it is successful to apply this method to medical diagnosis.更多还原
