异环磷酰胺联合化疗方案治疗16例晚期上消化道肿瘤疗效观察
Combined chemotherapy with ifosfamide in the treatment results of locally advanced tumors of the upper digetive system of 16 cases
【摘要】 1996年7月至1997年12月我科采用异环磷酰胺联合方案治疗中晚期上消化道肿瘤16例，有效率为41．25％，主要毒副作用有胃肠反应，白细胞下降和脱发。
【Abstract】 16 cases of stage Ⅲ - ⅣN tumors of the upper digestive system were treated with thechemotherapentic regimens including IFO in our hospital from Tuly 1996 to December1997. Response rates were 41. 25%. The main toxicities were gastrointestinal toxicities, leukopenia and alopecia.
