【摘要】 目的：观察肾灵结合中药足浴疗法治疗慢性肾衰的近期疗效。方法：治疗组36例用肾灵结合中药足浴疗法，对照组30例用肾灵治疗，分别观察治疗前后BUN、Scr、Ccr的改变，并比较两组治疗有效率。结果：对照组治疗前后BUN有显著性差异，治疗组治疗前后BUN、Scr均有显著性差异，且治疗组有效率高于对照组。结论：肾灵有降低BUN作用，肾灵结合足治法疗效优于单纯肾灵治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Observing the effect of the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure and uraemia with ketosterie together with a medicated foot bath. Methods: 66 patients with chronic renalfailure were studied. 36were treated with ketosteril together with medicated foot bath (treatmentgroup),the other 30 were treated with ketosteril only (control group). Serum creatinine (Scr),bloodurea nitrogen(BUN )and clearance of creatinine (Ccr)were measured in both groups and comparedbefore and after the treatment. Results: after the treatment,the treatment groups showed significantly decreased Scr and BUN, the control group showed significantly decreased BUN. The decreased of Scr and BUN wes more remakable in the treatment group then in the control group.Conclusion: ketosteril markedly decreased BUN in uraemia and chronic renal failure patients,thetherapeutic effect of ketosteril together with medicated foot bath with TCM was much better thenthat of ketosteril only更多还原
