【摘要】 为老年无牙颌患者全口义齿人工牙排列时提供临床参考依据。方法：对101例浙江籍正常青年进行颜面部瞳孔间距、上颌尖牙牙尖间距和口角间距测量并作相关分析。结果：上颌尖牙牙尖间距为36．02±2．06mm，瞳孔间距为59．70±3．54mm，口角间距为46．53±3．31mm。瞳孔间距与上颌尖牙牙尖间距之比为1：0．603。两者之间存在显著相关性（P＜0．01）。结论：测量正常青年瞳孔间距、上颌尖牙牙尖间距，口角间距可为老年无牙颌患者全口义齿修复时提供上颌人工失牙定位依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To help set up artificial dentition when the edentulous jaws were restored. Methods:One hundred and one Zhejiang youth with normal occlusion were included in the study. The measurements included the distances between pupils,between maxillary canines and between the angles of mouth. The relationship of those distances and artificial dentition in the edentulous jaws was also analyzed. Results: The distancesbetween maxillary canines, pupilsand anglesofmouth were 36. 02±2. 06 mm, 59. 70 ±3. 54 mmand 46. 53 ±3. 31 mm respectively. The ratio of the distances of pupils and maxillary canines was 1: 0. 603. There was obvious correlation between the distances of maxillary canines and pupils and the distances of maxillary canines andangles of mouth. Conclusion: The distances and their coefficients of pupils,maxillary canines and angles of mouthin youth with normal occlusion can provide scientific basis for determining the maxillary canines in restoration ofedentulous dentition.更多还原
