【Abstract】 The effect of promoter Cu 2+ , restrainer 2,4 D and light on sikonin formation in pigmented cultured cells of Arnebia euchroma were investigated. The ultrastructural observation of the cultured cells at 4, 15, 25, 35, 45 days by electronic microscope show that pigment granules were the most in the cultured cells of 15 days plus promoter Cu 2+ , and there are not pigment granules in the cultured cells of 4 days or plus restrainer 2,4 D.更多还原
