【摘要】 为了解高危环境人群的 HIV感染状况 ,于 1992～ 1995年对卖淫妇女 ( 55人 )、归国劳务人员 ( 159人 )、职业献血员 ( 88人 )、性病 ( STD)患者 ( 88人 )、HIV感染者的配偶 ( 3人 )和子女 ( 3人 )共计 396人进行了抗 - HIV检测和流行病学调查。抗 - HIV采用 Western blot法 ,阳性结果送山东省艾滋病检测中心复核确诊。4年共发现 6名 HIV感染者 ,其中男、女献血员各 1名 ,归国劳务人员 4名 (均为男性 ) ,其他人群未检出抗 - HIV阳性者。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the status of HIV infection in the population under high risk,we conducted an epidemiological investigation among 396persons from 1992 to 1995.The re- search sample included 55female prostitutes,159labourers who had finished labour services abroad upon returning,88professional blood donors,88STD patients,3spouses and 3children of the HIV infected people.Six cases of HIV positive were identified in four years.Among these,two were blood donors with one male and one female,the other four cases were all male labourers returned from abroad.更多还原
