【摘要】 应用 EL ISA法检测并比较了 31例穴位刺血治疗变应性鼻炎前后血清总 Ig E、特异性 Ig E的变化 ,设立了息斯敏治疗对照、辛芩冲剂治疗对照、健康人血清对照及空白安慰剂对照。结果表明穴位刺血对血清总 Ig E水平有调整作用 ,对特异性 Ig E(D.f.)无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Changes of serum total Ig E and specific Ig E before and after acupoint pricking blood treatment in allergic rhinitis were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and compared with asimizuo control goroup,Xinling Chong Ji control group, healthy control group and placebo control group. Results show that acupoint pricking blood therapy has regulative action on serum total Ig E level and no obvious effect on specific Ig E.更多还原
