【摘要】 本文报告５例原位心脏移植的患者使用彩色多普勒超声检查并发症，５例均见有心包积液，考虑这可能是因为广泛性地剥离主动脉和肺动脉区域使得淋巴液积聚所致，此外，心脏的手术切口及感染也可以造成积液。二尖瓣或三尖瓣功能不足有４例，这是因为标准法原位心脏移植建立了一个形态异常的心房，以及受体心房与供体心房收缩不同步的关系。当发生急性排斥反应时彩色多普勒超声检查的改变如下：①右心室迅速增大；②心包积液量突然增加；③室间隔及左室后壁迅速增厚。这些改变仅能提示发生急性排斥反应，确定诊断必须依靠心内膜心肌活检更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 5 cases of orthotopic heart transplantation using color Doppler echocardiography to examine postoperative complications.The pericardial effusion in 5 cases might be resulted from extensive dissection near aorta and pulmonary arteries,section of heart or infection.The mitral or tricuspid insufficiency was discovered in 4 patients.This may be due to the shape difference and the asynchronous contraction of the recipient and the donor atrium.Acute rejection changes of color Doppler echocardiography are the right ventricle enlarged promptly;the volume of pericardial effusion increased unexpectedly and the thickness of IVS and LVPW raised.The definite diagnosis must rely on endomyocardial biopsy.更多还原
