纳米晶双相交换耦合永磁体磁性能的微磁学解析计算

【摘要】 对取向的纳米晶双相交换耦合磁体,从微磁学理论出发,利用能量变分原理导出了其磁化强度矢量满足的Brown方程,该方程类似于量子力学中的定态Schrodinger方程,利用中心场问题的求解方法推导了取向双相交换耦合永磁体的成核场随硬磁相晶粒尺寸的变化关系.数值计算结果表明,当两相晶粒尺寸小于某一临界尺寸时,可获得磁性能优异的纳米晶双相交换耦合永磁体.所得结果可用于解释实验结果和指导巨磁能积纳米晶永磁体的制备.

【Abstract】 Based upon micromagnetics and variational method of the total free energy of the magnets, we derived Brown equation of the magnetization for the aligned nanometerscale twophase exchangecoupling permanent. For the case of the aligned twophase exchangecoupling permanent, this Brown equation is similar to static Schrdinger equation. By means of the method of resolving the centralfield problem, we obtained the dependence of the nucleation fields of the twophase exchangecoupling permanents vary with the particle sizes of hard magnet phase. It’s shown that the excellent magnetic properties of permanents are obtained when the sizes of the twophase crystals are smaller than the critical sizes, respectively. The present calculation results can be used to explain the known experimental results and provide the theoretical reference for the preparing of the giantmagnetic energy product permanents.
