【摘要】 通过对“中小医院生存与发展思路的研究”,及该“思路”的实际运用和完善,形成了“以病人为中心,以质量效益和社会需求为根本”的“一个中心,两个根本”的办院思路。通过加强“开拓型”领导班子的建设,探索符合市场经济规律和卫生事业特点的医院领导体制及组织管理制度,实现“以病人为中心”的思想。把抓医疗质量、改革人事分配制度、科学管理和开拓医疗市场,作为医院生存和发展的“两个根本”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the conditions of market economy,the management and development of medium - sized and small hospitals should emphasize the improvement of service quality and attitude so that the patients have faith and feel at ease when deciding to seek their medical advice; affordability and cost-effectivensee because there is a widening gap among residents in terms of the ability to pay for medical care; accessibility and portability since it is sometimes difficult for the elderly, weak or those stricken with acute disease to seek medical attention without assistance; and formation of mutual complementarity with other hospitals so as to make optimal use of available resources.更多还原
