【摘要】 本文报道用多种中草药复配制成的灭蚤粉剂-1和灭蚤粉剂-6,经实验室观察对离体印鼠客蚤接触5分钟的击倒率分别为97％和98％,接触30分钟经24小时的死亡率分别为96％和82％。将灭蚤粉剂-6的接触时间延至1小时后其死亡率可提高到90％。对鼠体印鼠客蚤的杀灭效果分别为97％和84％,灭蚤粉剂-1对离体棕形额蚤、方叶栉眼蚤和不等单蚤接触5分钟的击倒率均达100％,接触30分钟经24小时的死亡率均达100％。试验结果表明,两种灭蚤粉剂具有速杀、高效及广谱特点,尤以灭蚤粉剂-1效果更显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results on many kinds of the Powder against fleas-1 and the Pwder a-gainst fleas-6 formulated with Chinese Herbal medicine in killing effects to fleas are reported. In the laboratory test,toxic effects(five minutes rate of knockdown)of the Powder against fleas-1 and the Powder against fleas-6 to free Xenopsylla cheopis were 97% and 98% respectively and the Powder against fleas-1 and the Powder against fleas-6 (thirty minutes mortality in 24 hour)were 96% and 82% repectively. The time of the fleas catacted with the Powder against fleas-6 which was prolonged one hour in 24 hour,the mortality went up 90%. The eradication rate of the Powder against fleas-1 and the Powder against fleas-6 to X.cheopis on Mus musculus were 97% and 84% respecitively. The toxic effects(five minutes rate of knockdown and thirty minutes mortality in 24 hour)of the Powder against fleas-1 to free Frontopsylla spadix,Ctenophthalmus quadratus and Monopsylla anisus were all 100%. The results show that the efficiency of the wide-spectrum pesticides of the Powder against fleas-1 and the Powder against flea-6 are excellent to fleas and the former more efficacy than the latter.更多还原
